Fee Structure At MyImani
Whatever the size of your project, we will ensure utmost dedication and professionalism.
We have a design/service package to suit each budget. Every project starts with an initial consultation where we identify your preferences, inspirations and ideas. We create personalized relationship with our clients, and with a no-obligation first meeting we will work with you to create an amazing package that suits your budget.
From the information gathered at the first meeting, we will create a design scheme to suit your needs. A second meeting will be scheduled where an outline of the colour scheme, materials and overall feel of the design will be presented through a mood board. This is subject to your approval and a service fee.
When all aspects of the design have been agreed, we will source for the best quality fabrics, wall finishes and floor coverings; and provide a sample board to illustrate design elements using actual samples of the materials specified.
The design fee varies according to the scope of the project and includes sample board, sourcing wall coverings, floor coverings, fabrics, and acquisition of samples. At this point you may choose to implement the outlined design on your own or engage us to execute the entire project.
